We will sit down virtually and go through details of your requirements and provide our initial feedback. We will provide clear next steps and discuss internally, leveraging any additional SMEs (subject matter experts) we have on hand, checking on industry trends and other factors that will provide you the best way forward.
We will issue you a high level proposal and associated costs specifying the solution, it's core architecture, estimated time of delivery, inclusions, exclusions, unknowns and project milestones. We will then present that back to you for review and consult with you on any changes and "right-size" it for your circumstances.
Once a proposal is accepted and deposit is paid, the project is mapped out within a project management system broken down into discreet components and project milestones. Technical staff will implement and test the solution and produce any necessary documentation. You will be updated at every milestone and at other touch points as necessary,
The project will be handed over for client UAT to ensure the project meets the original requirements. The project then enters hyper-care to ensure any defects are rectified. For projects with on-going support, a monitoring and escalation plan will be designed and implemented in-line with agreed SLAs.
